Scandinavian knotty pine. Widely used through northern Europe, England and Ireland for furniture, much of the antique furniture from these regions are made from Baltic Pine.

Beech, European
Pale pinkish brown timber that is an excellent all-purpose non durable hardwood, smooth textured that finishes well making it ideal for furniture components and turning. Not stable in large sections.

Cherry, European
Pale pink to red, highly regarded furniture and joinery timber, due to the fact that European Cherry gets steamed it will stay a lighter colour and won’t darken to a deep red like American Cherry.

Oak, European
This species is the same English and French Oak, a very historic timber, durable and traditionally used for structural building, joinery and shipbuilding, these days widely used for furniture, joinery and flooring.
