Veneered Board is a term used for any substrate excluding plywood (e.g. MDF & particleboard), which has been overlaid with book matched realwood veneers of approximately 0.6mm. Generally supplied in 1F/1B, a quality which gives one good face and a lower grade back (usually mismatched or downgraded veneers, but still the same specie). A good on both sides (F2S) grade is available on request.

Interior furniture and cabinetry, if the substrate is MDF, Veneered Board should not be used where in wet areas or where high humidity prevails. |

There are literally hundreds of veneers from all around the world available on today's market. We stock a number of different veneers on MDF and can organise the pressing of most species onto either MDF or plywood, in a range of thickness. The Lead Time for commonly available veneers is usually 4 - 8 working days, and the minimum order quantity is only one sheet. |
